New build. Old table.

The owners of a finca in Son Servera are renovating and wanted everything new - out went this: a hand-hewn oak table, thick and heavy, carrying every mark of the family that used it before us. We couldn’t let it go.

So it’s found a new life at Sa Cova, at centre court, the new build we’re deliberately trying to age.

It’s bumpy, it’s wonky, it’s imperfect. That’s the whole point and we love it 🥰

Sa Cova was designed to feel like a possessió - the great inland farming estates that have shaped North Mallorca since the 13th century. Getting there meant doing it the old way. Local stone. Local hands. No shortcuts.
