Thinking of buying through Connells.. think again.

Any estate agent who only displays the EPC rating and not the full certificate may be hiding something.

All UK homes that are either rented or being sold MUST have a EPC in place.

If you know the house number and postcode of the house your interested in then go get a full copy of the certificate and read all about the property, what boiler, Gas, Oil or Electric.
Windows, double glazed or not.. insulation... and more importantly what steps may be taken to improve its rating.

The Spanish market...
Why are all properties without a EPC, or pending a certificate.

The COLD harsh reality is that they have the worse ratings.. G being the norm and with new builds even to this day having no insulation inserted or sound insulation between walls on adjoining properties its really something you must consider before buying in Spain.

Buying and selling in the UK is ripe just now... Stamp duty removed.

Chancellor Rishi Sunak has removed stamp duty on property transactions up to £500,000 in England and Northern Ireland. The increased threshold for stamp duty relief will apply immediately and run until 31 March 2021.
