La semana pasada tuvimos el placer de asistir a la II Jornada de Formación Inmobiliaria, organizada por la Delegación de Fuengirola del Ilustre Colegio de Abogados de Málaga y la CRAP (Comisión de Relaciones con las Administraciones Públicas).

Ha sido una excelente oportunidad para seguir ampliando conocimientos sobre fiscalidad inmobiliaria, operaciones inmobiliarias y la regulación de las viviendas de uso turístico.

Además, nos hace especial ilusión destacar que el cartel oficial de esta edición ha sido diseñado, una vez más, por nuestro compañero Francisco Montes, cuyo talento y creatividad vuelven a estar presentes en este importante evento, al que también asistió.

It was a pleasure to attend the 80th anniversary of the Italian Republic Day this past June 2nd in Tenerife. 🇮🇹

Hosted at the University of La Laguna's Faculty of Fine Arts, it was a wonderful gathering to celebrate the strong ties with the local area. The ceremony featured speeches from the Vice Consul of Italy, Dr. Gianluca Cappelli Bigazzi, a show-cooking by Michelin-starred chef Niki Pavanelli, and was attended by local institutions, including the Santa Cruz de Tenerife Bar Association (ICATF).

Representing De Cotta Law was Vera Liprandi, our Italian lawyer dual-qualified in Italy and Spain.
