Our Story

ENGLISH: Our firm has a dedicated team of jurists, tax consultants and economists, working together in international matters. Ilse Jodts Legal and Taxes is a legal and tax consultation firm, offering personalized services to both residents and non-residents. The founder of this firm, Ms. Ilse Jodts, studied law at the State University of Ghent, Belgium, and has worked for years in an international law firm in Marbella, where she has gained extensive experience. She has done several specialty masters, including Real Estate Law, which she undertook in order to start her own firm. Ilse Jodts Legal and Taxes has established its base in Marbella, from where it offers its services throughout Spain. NEDERLANDS: Ilse Jodts Legal and Taxes is een juridisch en fiscaal adviesbureau dat maatwerkdienstverlening biedt aan residenten en niet-residenten. Ons kantoor beschikt over een toegewijd team van multidisciplinaire juristen, belastingadviseurs en economen, die zich gezamenlijk bezighouden met grensoverschrijdende zaken. De oprichtster van dit kantoor, Mvr Ilse Jodts, studeerde rechten aan de Rijksuniversiteit van Gent, België. Zijn heeft jarenlang gewerkt bij een internationaal advocatenkantoor in Marbella, waar zijn een ruime ervaring heeft opgebouwd. Haar specialisme is gebaseerd op verschillende masteropleidingen, waaronder een Master Vastgoedrecht, die zij volgde met het voornemen om een eigen kantoor te beginnen. Het kantoor Ilse Jodts Legal and Taxes is gevestigd in Marbella, van waaruit het kantoor diensten verleent in heel Spanje. Ons kantoor wordt gekenmerkt door doelmatigheid, geloofwaardigheid, oprechtheid, integriteit en nauwkeurigheid. Nuestro despacho dispone de un dedicado equipo de juristas, asesores fiscales y economistas multidisciplinarios, que juntos se ocupan de asuntos transfronterizos. La fundadora de este despacho, la señora Ilse Jodts, cursó sus estudios de derecho en la universidad estatal de Gantes, Bélgica, y ha trabajado durante años en un despacho de abogados internacional en Marbella, donde ha adquirido una amplia experiencia. Su especialidad viene de varias formaciones de másteres, entre otros de Derecho Inmobiliario, que ha seguido con el propósito de empezar su propio despacho.
