• Proven experience in business development, preferably within the real estate market.
• Established reputation and strong network within the local real estate community.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Sales-driven with a track record of achieving business growth targets.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Structured and well-organized.
• Ambitious, proactive, and highly motivated.
• Fluency in both English and Spanish is a must; additional languages are a bonus.
• Must have a valid driver's license and access to a car.
