¿Cuánto puedo salir de España sin perjudicar mi nacionalidad por residencia? | Sterna Abogados

Bruno pregunta a Ainhoa Manero cuánto tiempo se puede salir de España antes de solicitar la nacionalidad por residencia sin perjudicar el expediente. Ainhoa explica que el máximo es tres meses por cada año de residencia que te requieran: si te piden dos años, tres meses en esos dos últimos años; si te piden diez años, tres meses cada uno de esos años.

DNV to Non-Lucrative Change Denied? Court Says Immigration Is Wrong | Sterna Abogados

Bruno asks Ainhoa Manero why, in September 2026, changes from the digital nomad visa (Ley de Emprendedores) to a regular work permit or non-lucrative residence are being denied. She explains this is a recent Immigration criteria that blocks switching to the Régimen General, but the courts have already ruled it is not correct, so for now these cases have to be taken to court.
