JÁVEA APPROVES A MORATORIUM ON THE ISSUING OF THE TOURIST LICENSE
At the last municipal plenary session on 26 September, the government of Xàbia unanimously approved a six-month moratorium on the issuing of tourist licences throughout the municipality. This measure has been motivated by the tourist saturation and its effects on the quality of life of the residents, as well as on the sustainability of the natural environment. However, all licences that have been issued prior to the application of the moratorium cannot be revoked. This moratorium will take full effect from its publication in the Diari Oficial de la Generalitat Valenciana. JÁVEA KEURT EEN MORATORIUM GOED OP DE UITGIFTE VAN TOERISTENVERGUNNINGEN
Tijdens de afgelopen vergadering van de gemeenteraad op 26 september heeft de regering van Xàbia unaniem een moratorium van zes maanden goedgekeurd voor de uitgifte van toeristenvergunningen in de hele gemeente. Deze maatregel is gemotiveerd door de toeristische overbelasting en de effecten daarvan op de kwaliteit van leven van de bewoners, evenals op de duurzaamheid van de natuurlijke omgeving. Alle vergunningen die vóór de invoering van het moratorium zijn verleend, kunnen echter niet worden ingetrokken. Dit moratorium heeft volle werking vanaf de publicatie in het Diari Oficial de la Generalitat Valenciana. JÁVEA APRUEBA UNA MORATORIA A LA EXPEDICIÓN DE LICENCIAS TURÍSTICAS EN TODO SU MUNICIPIO
En la pasada sesión del pleno municipal del 26 de septiembre, el gobierno de Xàbia aprobó por unanimidad una moratoria de seis meses para la expedición de licencias turísticas en todo su municipio. Esta medida ha sido motivada por la saturación turística y sus efectos en la calidad de vida de los residentes, así como en la sostenibilidad del entorno natural. No obstante, todas las licencias que se hayan expedido con antelación a la aplicación de la moratoria, no podrán ser revocadas.
