We have survived Covid 19 fairly and are preparing our winter season strengthening the Sales Department.
A new website is under construction to provide us with up to day tools .
About Rentals: We are looking for new lovely holiday homes in La Sella, Javea, Denia areas and sea shore ones as well.
Villas, Villas, preferably, as the pandemics has make people reluctant on sharing a pool, or apartments close to the sea. As the season was looking uncertain, we could have shrank, doing minimum effort, spending minimum money on marketing and hope the luck would do the rest. This is not the strategy I went for, instead I registered on various portals, trained the clean team to the most meticulous clean on any change over, fought my way trough to reduce the impact of covid for owners and adapted the Spanish market. All cancellations got 100% refund whether as VV customers or platform acquired.
Sales: This will be the year of modernizing our tools and look for solutions for all properties listed with us and transparency in the alliances. The vvpropertyshop.com related addresses label will remain available for those who are used to it but we will shift to another name that remains to be chosen, because propertyshop it is too similar to an other agent in the area who has had the name for longer than us.
But, vvpropertyshop.com or es will not be made available again to someone else to chose it.
