Myself and a number of my associates invested in off-plan property in Spain prior to the financial crisis. Shortly after the crisis hit , many Property Developers went into liquidation and I and my associates were down thousands of euros in deposits paid to Developers. Many people simply walked away thinking that the money could not be recovered; we however, got together with a team of lawyers and began a number of legal cases to recover funds.
