Administration & HR assistant ‎
We are looking to employ an administration with outstanding HR assistant and communication ‎skills. Within our headquarter, Administration employee is expected to be a conceptual thinker ‎with superb organizational and time management skills. You must be reliable and should ‎accurately follow instructions with the ability to multitask and acclimatize in a fast-paced ‎environment
Responsibilities:‎
‎1.‎ Manage emails, letters, packages, phone calls and other forms of correspondence
‎2.‎ Communicate and resolve governmental relations.‎
‎3.‎ Performing administrative duties as assigned by the Direct Supervisor
‎4.‎ Post vacancies via Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.‎
‎5.‎ Produce and submit reports on general HR activity.‎

Responsibilities
