🔹جمارك مطار الغردقة الدولي تضبط محاولة تـ.ـهريب كمية من مـ.ـخدر الفودو

🔹تمكن رجال الجمارك بمطار الغردقة الدولى برئاسه مهند سامى مدير الجمرك من ضبط كمية من مخدر الفودو بالمخالفة لقانون مكافحة المخدرات رقم ١٨٢ لسنة ١٩٦٠ وقانون الجمارك رقم ٢٠٧ لسنة ٢٠٢٠ ولائحته التنفيذية وقانون الاستيراد والتصدير رقم ١١٨ لسنة ١٩٧٥ ولائحته التنفيذية.

🔹ففى أثناء إنهاء إجراءات تفتيش الركاب القادمين من مطار ميونيخ على رحلة الطائرة رقم sm 2931 اشتبه مصطفي حسن مأمور اللجنة الجمركية فى راكب ألماني الجنسية من أصل لبناني قادم من مطار ميونيخ أثناء خروجه من بوابة اللجنة الجمركية.

🔹بتمرير حقائبه على جهاز الفحص بأشعة X-ray بمعرفة محمود الليسي ورامي مروان رئيس قسم الفحص و أحمد جمال مدير اداره الفحص تم تأكيد الاشتباه.

قام مهند احمد سامي مدير الجمرك بتكليف شنودة عادل قرني مأمور الجمرك ومحمود رفعت رئيس قسم تفتيش الركاب بصالة الوصول الدولي بتفتيش حقائبه بحضور محمد سيف بالأمن الجمركي ومحسن الشعيني مدير اداره الامن الجمركي ومحمود الزليتني بإدارة مكافحة التهرب الجمركي فتبين وجود كمية من مخدر الفودو المعروف باسم مخدر السبايس داخل حقائبه.

قرر عبدالامام حسن محمد مدير عام جمارك الغردقة إتخاذ الإجراءات القانونية وتحرير محضر ضبط جمركى رقم ٣ لسنة ٢٠٢٦ بعد العرض على عاطف السيد إبراهيم رئيس الادارة المركزية لجمارك البحر الاحمر والمنطقة الجنوبية .

ياتى ذلك تنفيذا لتعليمات أحمد أموري رئيس مصلحة الجمارك وأحمد عسقلانى نائب رئيس مصلحة الجمارك بتشديد الرقابة على المنافذ الجمركية والمطارات وإحباط كافة محاولات التهرب الجمركى

ومخدر الفودو هو مادة مخدرة اصطناعية شديدة الخطورة تنتمي إلى عائلة القنبيات المصنعة (Synthetic Cannabinoids). يتكون من خلطات عشبية تُرش بمواد كيميائية ومركبات سامة لتقليد تأثير الحشيش والماريجوانا، لكن مفعوله يفوقهما بمئات المرات ويسبب أضراراً جسيمة للجهاز العصبي.

Justice has been served. ⚖️
