Tawakol Law Firm is expanding its team and seeking a talented Legal Associate with strong expertise in litigation and contract drafting.
We’re looking for a detail-oriented, results-driven attorney who can combine precise legal drafting with sound litigation strategy and effective client representation.
Key Responsibilities
Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of contracts, with a focus on risk mitigation and client protection.
Prepare pleadings, legal notices, motions, and comprehensive legal opinions.
Represent clients in court proceedings, arbitrations, and settlement negotiations.
Conduct in-depth legal research to support complex disputes and legal strategies.
Advise corporate and individual clients on legal rights, obligations, and risk management.
Requirements
LL.B. or LL.M. degree with an active license to practice law.
3+ years of proven experience in both litigation and contract drafting.
Excellent legal drafting skills with strong attention to detail and precision.
Strong negotiation, communication, and advocacy skills.
Professional client management and interpersonal skills.
