بمناسبة اصدار قانون الجمعيات و المؤسسات الاهلية الجديد رقم 149 لسنة 2019 بشأن تنظيم ممارسة العمل الاهلي والفترة القانونية المتاحة للعاملين بالقانون لتوفيق اوضاعهم القانونية .
تهدف المؤسسة المصرية للمحاماة والتدريب ايجاد المناخ القانوني السليم لممارسة العمل الاهلي و التنموي في ظل القوانين السارية الحاكمة.
تعلن المؤسسة المصرية للمحاماة والتدريب عن برنامج تدريبي واستشاري للمنظمات الدولية الاجنبية والجمعيات و المؤسسات الاهلية التي تعمل في مجال التنمية في مصر وتحت القانون رقم 149 لسنه 2019
علي ان يكون الاهداف العامة للتدريب التالى:
1- ملامح القانون الجديد و اختلافه عن القوانين السابقة .
2- المهارات الخاصة بالتعامل مع القانون الجديد خاصة ما يتطلبه ذلك القانون من اشتراطات.
3- احكام قانونية جديدة خاصة بتوفيق الاوضاع.
4- القواعد القانونية التي تختص بها عملية توفيق الاوضاع.
5- تقديم الاستشارات اللازمه لتوفيق الاوضاع خلال المده القانونية .
6- الحلول العملية بشان اصدار التراخيص اللازمة و تجديدها في ظل القانون الجديد.
7- التعامل مع الجهات الادارية ذات الصلة.
8- المشاكل القانونية المتوقعة و الدارجة و التي تؤثر على نشاط الهيئة.
الفئة المستهدفة:
1- الادارة العليا و المتوسطة للجهات العاملة بالقانون .
2- الاعضاء القانونيين للجمعيات و المؤسسات و المنظمات الاجنبية.

The Egyptian Institute for Law and Training announces a training and consultative program for foreign international organizations, associations and NGOs working in the field of development in Egypt under Law No. 149 of 2019
To have the general objectives of the next training
1- Features of the new law and its difference from previous laws
2 - skills to deal with the new law, especially the requirements of that law requirements
3. New legal provisions for Adjust the situation
4. Legal rules concerning the process of Adjust the situation
5 - to provide the necessary consultations to Adjust the situation during the legal period
6. Practical solutions for issuing and renewing the necessary licenses under the new law
Dealing with the relevant administrative bodies
8 - expected legal problems and common and affecting the activity of the Commission
