القانون ليس طريقًا له نهاية، ولا علمًا تُغلق أبوابه عند عثرة أو اجتهادٍ لم يُصادف القبول؛ بل هو أفق ممتد لا ينكشف إلا لمن احترف الغوص في أعماقه، وأيقن أن لكل إشكالٍ مخرجًا، ولكل معضلةٍ سبيلًا، متى خلص الاجتهاد وصدق القصد.
ولطالما كان لجوء رجال القانون إلى محكمة النقض سبيلًا لحسم تعارض المبادئ وترجيح ما اضطرب منها عبر طلبات العدول؛ فمنها ما قُضي برفضه، ومنها ما انتهى إلى عدم القبول. غير أن رجال القانون الحقيقيين لا يقفون عند حدود ما استقر ظاهرًا، ولا يسلمون بأن العدالة قد تنتهي عند نقطة خطأ تاركةً مبادئ متضاربة بلا ترجيح.
بل يواصلون الكفاح العلمي بحثًا عن مخرج قانوني يفتح للعدالة بابًا جديدًا، ومن هنا جاءت طلبات الالتماس ومنها طلبات العدول، في بناءٍ قانوني راسخ أبدعه الأستاذ الجليل المستشار ماهر ميلاد إسكندر، الذي اشرف اني من مدرسته، فكان نموذجًا للعالم المجتهد الذي يهدم ما استقر إذا بان له وجه الخطأ، ليقيم مكانه بناءً أكثر اتساقًا مع صحيح القانون وروح العدالة.
وما يزيد هذا الإرث قيمةً أنه لم يُصنع تحت أضواء البوق الإعلامي الزائف وضجيج منصات التواصل الاجتماعي، ولم يكن وليد استعراضٍ عابر أو بحثٍ عن حضورٍ مصطنع؛ بل جاء في هدوء العلماء، وصمت الباحثين، وتراكم الاجتهاد الصادق، تاركًا خلفه إرثًا من العلم القانوني الرصين، ينتفع به كل من يبحث بحق عن المعرفة، ويوقن أن القانون رسالةُ علمٍ قبل أن يكون صخبَ ظهور

مطلوب شركاء قانونيون
1- محامٍ بخبرة 4–7 سنوات في كتابة المذكرات والبحوث القانونية.
2 - محام بخبرة 2–3 سنوات في البحوث القانونية، مع إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية تحدثًا وكتابة.
3 - محامون بخبرة في الأعمال الإدارية من 2–5 سنوات.

- وجود خبرة فعلية في احد الوظائف المعلنة .
- قرب السكن او المناطق المحيطة بوسط البلد
- حامل لكارنيه المحاماة، ومازال مُقيَّد بالنقابة.

In the belief of LSLF in young youth role participation, legal article space will allocated in the largest international legal sites dedicated to publishing with the participation of young youth. The article will be allocated weekly to one of the applicants, provided that the author is no older than 30 years, provided that the article doesn't exceed 1300 words in Arabic and translated in English.

We are looking for a few highly motivated, dedicated individual to assist with the legal workload in LSLF.
The roles will involve working alongside senior legal management reviewing, drafting and negotiating legal documentation, contracts, contacting clients, writing cases and courts administrative work.
Qualifications
* Law Degree from a mid-top tier school.
* Have 0 - 2 years of experience in law firm or in-house.
*Please clearly state whether or not you are fluent in English because there are roles for English-speaking lawyers and others for Non-English Speaking lawyers.
*Motivation and willingness to work is a must.
