اخوتي وزملاء المهنه الأجلاء
بعد صمت تام خلال سنوات الظلام قررت أن أقيم دعوي قضائية بمجلس الدوله أطالب فيها بالاتي:
الزام النقابه بالتجديد لكافة المحامين مع تغريم النقابه عشرة الاف جنية يوميا كغرامه تهديدية في حالة عدم الالتزام.
الزام كافة الجهات الحكومية ذات العلاقة القانونية في التعامل مع المحامين بالتعامل بالبطاقة الشخصيه لاثبات صفة المحامي أو أي كارنية نقابي أيا كانت سنة صدورة.
إلزام القضاه بعدم الحكم على أي محامي أثناء الجلسات والاتزام بما جاء في قانون الاجراءات الجنائية فيما يخص جراءم الجلسات مع عدم الاعتداد بأي احكام تصدر بالمخالفة لذلك .
سوف اقيم الدعوي وأشهرها في حساب الفيس بوك قريبا.

The VAT is a new tax, a new distion have been taken from the ministr of finance to add for the rental contract of shops, it mean anyone rent a shop to makes a buisness he must pay 14 % over. This was a wrong distion and we are cancel it by court case.

Tax property
Some people asking how much should they pay, they have a free tax property or not and if government asked them to pay to much how they object.
First each one have a free property tax for first home.
Second. If the property obligat to much money yearly the owner has the right to object within 60 days.
