agreements, and coordinate legal due diligence on acquisition of corporate and commercial transactions. Deal with all negotiations relevant to investment transactions prior to its conclusion and supports due diligence team in highlighting legal risk on completed transactions. Review and bilingual drafting of local, international agreements and any kind of legal documentation including but not limited to asset purchase agreements, consultancy agreements, concession agreements, distribution agreement, agency agreement, comments letter, MOU, LOI, Due Diligence, confidential agreement, franchise agreement, and non-disclose agreement, etc. Providing top management with legal support in all legal matters, Legal system policy, procedures and arrangements are continuously updated and upgraded to present and future requirements.
