القيادة القانونية التي تصنع الفرق في المؤسسات الكبرى

في إطار رؤيتها المستمرة لتطوير الممارسات القانونية والارتقاء بمستوى الإدارة والقيادة القانونية داخل المؤسسات الكبرى، قامت د. مي الصيرفي – المؤسس والشريك الإداري لـ Serafy International Law Firm (الصيرفي)، بالتعاون والتنسيق مع شركة Benchmark، بتقديم برنامج تدريبي متكامل ومنظومة متقدمة للقيادة الاستراتيجية والإدارة التنفيذية للقطاع القانوني لصالح شركة الريف المصري.

لم يكن البرنامج مجرد تدريب تقليدي، وإنما جاء كمنظومة متكاملة تستهدف تطوير أداء رؤساء ومديري القطاعات القانونية، وتعزيز قدراتهم على القيادة وصناعة القرار، والانتقال بالقطاع القانوني من دوره التنفيذي التقليدي إلى دور استراتيجي مؤثر في منظومة المؤسسة وصناعة قراراتها.

وقد صُمم البرنامج ليواكب التحديات الفعلية التي تواجه القيادات القانونية في المؤسسات الكبرى، من خلال التركيز على مجموعة من المحاور المتقدمة، شملت القيادة الاستراتيجية للقطاع القانوني، الإدارة التنفيذية، إدارة فرق العمل القانونية، التخطيط وصناعة القرار، إدارة المخاطر والالتزامات القانونية، تطوير الأداء المؤسسي، ورفع كفاءة منظومة العمل القانوني.

كما ركّز البرنامج على تطوير قدرة القيادات القانونية على استباق المخاطر والتحديات، وتحليل المواقف القانونية، وصناعة القرارات الفعّالة، وتطوير آليات العمل، وتعزيز التكامل بين القطاع القانوني وباقي قطاعات المؤسسة، بما يرسّخ دور الإدارة القانونية كشريك حقيقي في تحقيق الأهداف الاستراتيجية للمؤسسة.

وتأتي هذه التجربة انطلاقًا من إيمان د. مي الصيرفي بأن الإدارة القانونية الحديثة لم تعد تقتصر على التعامل مع النزاعات أو معالجة المشكلات بعد وقوعها، بل أصبحت عنصرًا أساسيًا في صناعة القرار، وإدارة المخاطر، وحماية مصالح المؤسسة، ودعم استدامة ونمو الأعمال.
