‏‎في الوقت اللي اتوجهت فيه اتهامات وبلاغات كيدية ضد مجلس إدارة نادي الرواد،كان لازم يبقى فيه تحرك قانوني واضح وحاسم، لحماية الشرعية، والدفاع عن إرادة الجمعية العمومية

‏‎و من اللحظة الأولى، تولت مؤسسة جلهوم للمحاماة الملف بالكامل،
‏‎بفريق قانوني متخصص، وتحت إشراف مباشر من المستشار/ أحمد جلهوم،
‏‎تمت دراسة المحاضر والبلاغات اللي ادعت وجود شبهة عدوان على المال العام، وتم الترافع بالمستندات والمذكرات القانونية المطلوبة، لحد ما صدر القرار بحفظها لثبوت كيديتها وانتفاء أي شبهة جنائية ⚖️📄

‏‎استكملنا الطريق بخطوات قانونية دقيقة، لحد ما صدر – بفضل الله – قرار وزير الشباب والرياضة بإلغاء قرار الإيقاف، ورجوع المجلس المنتخب لممارسة مهامه واختصاصاته
‏‎الملف كان من الملفات الصعبة والمعقدة، لكن الالتزام المهني، والخبرة القانونية، خلونا نكمّل المشوار لآخر خطوة… ونرجّع الحق لمكانه
