يسر مكتب سمير للاستشارات القانونية الإعلان عن دوره كمستشار قانوني في صياغة والتفاوض على اتفاقية الرعاية الثلاثية المبرمة بين شركة النادي الأهلي لكرة القدم وشركة المتحدة للتسويق الرياضي والخدمات الإعلانية وفودافون مصر.
وبموجب الاتفاقية، أصبحت فودافون مصر الراعي الرئيسي والشريك التكنولوجي للنادي الأهلي لمدة أربعة مواسم رياضية، بدءًا من موسم ٢٠٢٦/٢٠٢٧وحتى نهاية موسم ٢٠٢٩/٢٠٣٠ وذلك بقيمة ٢٦ مليون دولار امريكي.
وتُعد هذه الاتفاقية من أبرز صفقات الاستثمار الرياضي في المنطقة، حيث أرست إطارًا قانونيًا متكاملًا ينظم حقوق الرعاية والحقوق التجارية والإعلانية، وحقوق الملكية الفكرية، واستغلال المحتوى الرقمي، وأحكام الحصرية، بالإضافة إلى تحديد حقوق والتزامات جميع الأطراف المتعاقدة.
