الانسان في الماضي اذا ارتكب جريمة تصل عقوبتها للسجن كانت تُختَم كفه بوشم دلالة على أنه له سوابق فإذا طُلِبت منه شهادة بمحكمة يرفع يده امام القاضي إثباتاً أنه عديم السوابق واذا كانت كفه موشومة رُفضت شهادته
