Nessy Guerra's story is truly heartbreaking. Her ongoing struggle to regain custody of her child, along with the false allegations that led to serious consequences, has been incredibly difficult.
Earlier this month, she was arrested by Maadi Police.
Through our intervention, we were able to help secure her release. We remain confident that the rule of law and due process will ultimately reveal the truth.
Upon being notified of the situation, our legal team immediately coordinated with the relevant Egyptian authorities while working closely with the Embassy of Italy in Cairo. Through our rapid legal intervention, continuous communication, and on-the-ground representation, the matter was resolved efficiently, resulting in her prompt release.
