Suvi on käes ning koolilapsed puhkusel. Mis saab siis kui lapsed tahavad tööd teha?

Alaealise tööajale kehtivad rangemad tööaja piirangud kui täiskasvanute tööajale.

Näiteks koolikohustuslik alaealine ei tohi:

• teha tööd üle temale ettenähtud tööaja;
• teha ületunnitööd;
• töötada rohkem kui pool aega igal koolivaheajal;
• töötada kella 20.00–06.00 vahelisel ajal.

Näiteks mittekoolikohustuslik alaealine ei tohi:

• teha tööd üle temale ettenähtud tööaja;
• teha ületunnitööd;
• töötada 22.00-06.00 vahelisel ajal.

Kindlasti tuleks sõlmida ka kirjalik leping!

The working hours of minors are subject to stricter working time restrictions than those of adults.

For example, a compulsory school minor may not:

• work beyond his or her working hours;
• work overtime;
• work more than half the time during each school break;
• work between 20:00 and 06:00.

For example, a non-compulsory minor may not:

• work beyond his or her working hours;
• work overtime;
• work between 22:00 and 06:00.

A written contract should definitely be signed!

10. märts 2020 jõustus rahapesu ja terrorismi rahastamise tõkestamise seaduse (RahaPTS) muudatus, millega täiendati ning muudeti seadusest tulenevaid nõudeid nimetatud seaduse alusel tegevusluba taotlevatele ja omavatele isikutele, peamiselt puudutavad uued nõuded virtuaalvääringu teenuse pakkujaid.

Tuletame meelde, et ettevõtjad, kes on saanud tegevusloa enne 10.03.2020, on kohustatud oma tegevuse ja tegevust reguleerivad sisemised dokumendid viima käesolevate nõuetega kooskõlla hiljemalt 2020. aasta 1. juuliks!

On 10 March 2020, an amendment to the Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing Prevention Act (RahaPTS) entered into force, supplementing and amending the statutory requirements for persons applying for and holding an activity license under the Act, mainly concerning new requirements for virtual currency service providers.

We remind you that companies that have received an activity license before 10.03.2020 are obliged to bring their activities and internal documents regulating their activities in line with these requirements by 1 July 2020 at the latest!
