Our Lawschool starts in 10 days !!

The next trip we planned is the trip to the polish city Poznan, where we will have 3 lectures about European Union Law at the building of the Adam Mickiewicz University. Since 1955 the university has carried the name of the Polish Romantic poet Adam Mickiewicz. The university has been frequently listed as a top three university in the country.

Poznan is best known for its Old Town, which you can see in the picture. Today, the city is an important cultural and business centre and one of Poland's most populous regions with many regional traditions such as Saint John's Fair (Jarmark Świętojański), traditional Saint Martin's croissants and a local dialect.

2 weeks left until the start of our Lawschool !!!

We will spend one day in Berlin, the capital city of Germany, which can be reached within one hour driving from Frankfurt (Oder) and Slubice.

We will have an lecture at the Europe Experience-the permanent exhibition in the European House and an institutional visit in the German federal parliament- the Bundestag.Together with the Bundesrat, the Bundestag is the legislative branch of the German political system.

On the very top of the historic building is the large glass dome. Our participants will have the chance to have a 360-degree view of the surrounding Berlin cityscape.

Our Law School starts in 3 weeks !!!

During our Summer Law School we will make a boat trip across the Oder river. The Oder is known by several names in different languages, but the modern ones are very similar: English and German" Oder", Czech and Polish "Odra".

The Oder is 840 kilometres long and flows through the Czech Republic,Poland and on the border between Germany and Poland.
It is the second longest river in Poland.
Our participants will have the chance to enjoy the trip on the Boat "Zefir" during the evening hours with music and snacks !

Carolin is our treasurer and will take care of the money during our Law School. She has a lot of responsibility and has to manage everything related with money! She will also make a great atmosphere and can’t wait to get to know the participants. In her free time, she is happy to spend some time in her hometown Berlin and that’s why she knows the city very well.

This is Philipp. He is responsible for managing the arrival, departure and organizing your meals. Because of his knowledge and experiences he will also be the first person to come when a participant will have an issue, problem or anything that he or she wants to share with related or non-related to the SELS.
"I can't wait to show you a part of Germany and Poland and I know that this will be a great week". Philipp loves traveling, good parties and to meet new people from all over the World.
