Ein Update vom 12. Mai .. Einen wunderschönen Sonntag noch wünscht der Stephan 😏
Hello everyone!
Painfully slow is the way I would describe the justice system! We have such a strong case but have to go through the motions of due process as is required in the US court system.
We are awaiting a really big development to take place so that we can announce it to you all, but have to wait for events to transpire unfortunately, because you don’t want to give your hand away!
There is some news we have to share at this moment regarding the case. Shortly after our depositions in the United States federal case currently taking place in the Southern District of Texas, we commissioned an audit be done on the cumulative calculations of all transactions occurring during our stint with VX Gateway.
Accordingly, we hired Alpha Performance Verification Services out of Richmond, Virginia to do a top-to-bottom study of the existing MAP financials, credit card statements from GPN, withdraws and disbursements to MAP members, VX draws, and finally gross receipts to MAP.
The audit found that we have calculated the moneys owed to us correctly and that the amount we claim to have been stolen is correct. Click here for the report.
I also must include a short update on the progress of the matter in the Southern District of Texas:
Our legal litigation counsel has filed an amended complaint to which the defense has filed a motion to dismiss. As is customary, we have responded to the motion to dismiss and they have replied. A hearing will be set in the near future for a ruling on this motion. Our counsel has also filed an amended temporary restraining order and preliminary injunction, to which the Defense has responded and we have replied. All motions currently up will be heard during a hearing that is likely to occur in mid-June.
This all being said, I consistently and always endeavor to keep our members as up to date as I possibly can with the ongoing nature of this fight. MAP, its executives, and employees have gone out of their way to compile each and every shred of evidence to support our claim and we believe that this audit provides a clear and decisive picture of fraud, and outright theft.
I encourage members to read the information and audit thoroughly and file it away as one more piece of an ever-growing stack of evidence.
As with our last update, we encourage members who see or hear from those over at VX to please ask them to send us along a copy of this supposed lawsuit that they’ve filed against us – we’d be very interested to take a look!

The case with VX has brought us all down. We have to deal with so many things and its just not fair for anyone tied up in this mess.
