* Hohes Maß an Selbstständigkeit, Fähigkeit zum eigenständigen Arbeiten
* Organisationstalent und hohe Dienstleistungsbereitschaft
* Sicheres und kompetentes schriftliches und mündliches Kommunikationsvermögen
* Spaß an der persönlichen Arbeit mit Menschen fremder Kulturen
* Mehrmonatige Erfahrung im Ausland
* Gute Umgangsformen, höfliches Auftreten
* Sehr gute Ortskenntnisse
* Einfühlungsvermögen
