We were pleased to host the panel discussion “Enforcement of Arbitral Awards from the Court’s Perspective: Judicial Standards, Limits, and Discretion” as part of the Cyprus Arbitration Day 2026.
The discussion brought together distinguished practitioners and arbitration professionals to explore the judicial approach to the enforcement of arbitral awards, the limits of court intervention, and the balance between judicial discretion and the autonomy of arbitration proceedings.
We were honored to have Ani Davoodi Managing Partner at MA’AT Partners at the International Commercial Arbitration Institute, as the moderator of the panel discussion.
