Natalia Petrik is сounsel at Westerberg & Partners, a Swedish law firm, based in Stockholm. She represents clients in arbitration and before Swedish courts and serves as an arbitrator in international disputes. She is a Board Member of the Finland Arbitration Institute.
Before joining Westerberg & Partners, Natalia was Deputy Secretary General at the SCC Arbitration Institute.

We are delighted to continue the Resolve Academy Mentorship Program with Kaj Hober, a highly respected leading figure in international arbitration.
With over 30 years of experience, Kaj has acted as counsel and arbitrator in more than 200 international arbitrations, including commercial and investment disputes under the SCC, ICC, ICSID, and LCIA, among others.
He currently serves as Chairperson of the Board of the Arbitration Institute of the Chamber of Commerce (SCC) and brings extensive experience in complex cross-border disputes, particularly in energy, construction, and international trade.

We are pleased to announce that Resolve Academy is a Supporting Organisation of the 4th South-Eastern Europe Arbitration Conference (SEEA 2026), taking place on 27 November 2026 in Athens, Greece.

📌 This year’s conference, under the theme:
“Arbitration in the Age of Accountability: Navigating the Disputes Landscape in South-East Europe” will bring together leading arbitrators, practitioners, in-house counsel, mediators, and representatives of arbitral institutions to discuss the evolving dispute resolution landscape across South-East Europe.

At Resolve Academy, we strongly believe that international cooperation, knowledge exchange, and access to leading practitioners are essential for the development of the next generation of dispute resolution professionals.

Chiara Azzaroni is a PhD Student at the Department of Legal Studies at the University of Bologna – Alma Mater Studiorum, where she conducts research on cross-border litigation, with a particular focus on issues of international jurisdiction. She also researches international arbitration and arbitration-related litigation.

We are delighted to welcome Anna Grishchenkova, FCIArb, as a mentor in the Resolve Academy Mentorship Program.
Anna is an independent arbitrator with over 20 years of experience in dispute resolution. She has acted as arbitrator, expert, and counsel in complex international and domestic arbitrations under the rules of leading institutions, including LCIA, ICC, SCC, SIAC, and HKIAC.

Her practice focuses on commercial and corporate disputes, with particular expertise in the construction, energy, and infrastructure sectors.
