Our law firm Christophi & Associates LLC is looking for applicants to fulfil the position of Office Manager/Administrator.

Main duties:

☑️Handle practice management/accounting software.
☑️Administer and handle office activities.
☑️Assist lawyers with daily tasks.
☑️Manage client’s activities.

Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills And Experience:

➡️Secondary school leaving certificate / Secretarial studies / office management.
➡️At least three years experience in a similar position.
➡️Excellent knowledge of Greek & English language (spoken & written)
➡️Computer literate (MS Office suite and ability to learn software tools and applications used by the company).
➡️Excellent communication and organizational skills.
➡️Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks

⏱️Working hours 8.00-17.00 Monday to Thursday with 1 hour break, 8.00-13.00 Friday.
