Updated Office Hours and Working Arrangements

Since 2023, our shorter Friday working day has formed an important part of our commitment to creating a flexible, supportive and sustainable working environment.

With effect from September 7th, 2026, our office will operate during the following hours:
Monday–Thursday: 08:00–17:30
Friday: 08:00–14:00
Saturday–Sunday: Closed

Our reception will be available from 08:00 each weekday. Meetings with our lawyers will continue to be arranged by appointment, ensuring that clients receive the appropriate attention and support.

We believe that delivering a consistently high standard of professional service can and should coexist with a healthy work–life balance. These revised arrangements preserve the shorter Friday working day, allowing our people more meaningful time for their families, personal commitments and interests outside work.

At the same time, they are designed to ensure continuity, accessibility and a responsive service for our clients throughout the working week. They reflect the culture of mutual flexibility, responsibility and trust that we continue to promote across our firm.

Νέο Ωράριο Λειτουργίας και Εργασιακές Ρυθμίσεις

Από το 2023, το μειωμένο ωράριο της Παρασκευής αποτελεί σημαντικό μέρος της δέσμευσής μας για τη δημιουργία ενός ευέλικτου, υποστηρικτικού και βιώσιμου εργασιακού περιβάλλοντος.

Από τις 7 Σεπτεμβρίου 2026, το γραφείο μας θα λειτουργεί σύμφωνα με το ακόλουθο ωράριο:
Δευτέρα–Πέμπτη: 08:00–17:30
Παρασκευή: 08:00–14:00
Σάββατο–Κυριακή: Κλειστά

Η γραμματεία μας θα είναι διαθέσιμη από τις 08:00 κάθε εργάσιμη ημέρα. Οι συναντήσεις με τους δικηγόρους μας θα συνεχίσουν να διευθετούνται κατόπιν ραντεβού, ώστε να διασφαλίζεται η κατάλληλη εξυπηρέτηση και προσοχή στις ανάγκες κάθε πελάτη.

Πιστεύουμε ότι η παροχή επαγγελματικών υπηρεσιών σταθερά υψηλού επιπέδου μπορεί και πρέπει να συνυπάρχει με μια υγιή ισορροπία μεταξύ επαγγελματικής και προσωπικής ζωής. Οι νέες αυτές ρυθμίσεις διατηρούν το μειωμένο ωράριο της Παρασκευής, προσφέροντας στους ανθρώπους μας περισσότερο χρόνο για τις οικογένειες, τις προσωπικές τους υποχρεώσεις και τα ενδιαφέροντά τους εκτός εργασίας.

Παράλληλα, έχουν σχεδιαστεί ώστε να διασφαλίζουν τη συνέχεια, την προσβασιμότητα και την άμεση εξυπηρέτηση των πελατών μας καθ’ όλη τη διάρκεια της εργάσιμης εβδομάδας. Αντικατοπτρίζουν την κουλτούρα αμοιβαίας ευελιξίας, υπευθυνότητας και εμπιστοσύνης που συνεχίζουμε να καλλιεργούμε στο γραφείο μας.

Kindly note that our law firm will remain closed on Friday 10th and Monday 13th April 2026 due to the public holidays of Good Friday and Easter Monday.
Furthermore, from Monday 6th April 2026 to Friday 17th April 2026, our office will operate on reduced working hours, from 08:00 to 16:30, with the exception of Fridays, when the office will close at 13:00.
Our normal working hours will resume from Monday 20th April 2026.

✅ P. Angelides & Co LLC has successfully represented Warsaw-based Ikids Group Spółka z Ograniczoną Odpowiedzialnością in a trade mark opposition before the EUIPO. Partner Theodoros Angelides secured the complete rejection of Opposition No. B 3 224 135 filed by French company IDKIDS.

⚖️ The EUIPO found no likelihood of confusion, noting that the term “kids” is descriptive and the marks’ figurative elements created distinct impressions.

🔑 With the opposition dismissed and costs awarded to Ikids Group, the company can now proceed with its EU trade mark registration, reinforcing its brand across Europe.
