Position: Corporate Lawyer
Employment type: Full time

Main duties and responsibilities:
• Providing legal advices and opinions,
• Participating in legal due diligence,
• Drafting, reviewing, negotiating and concluding various agreements and corporate documents (M&As, Resolutions, POAs, Pledge agreements, etc.),
• Assisting with all corporate ventures such as incorporation, merges, acquisitions, share transfers, licensing, etc.,
• Working with external legal counsels in several jurisdictions to obtain local and international advice when needed.

Candidate Profile:
University degree in law - Master’s degree
A minimum 1 year of corporate law experience
Licensed to practice law by the Cyprus Bar Association
Proven experience in negotiating, drafting and closing commercial transactions
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Greek language
