We are pleased to have advised Piraeus Bank on a multi-million euro financing transaction involving a Greek company and its Cypriot subsidiaries for the acquisition of two hotel properties in Protaras and Paphos, as well as the financing of extensive renovation works for their transformation into luxury contemporary hotels.

The matter was led by our Senior Partner, Kyriakos Karatsis, reflecting the firm’s extensive experience in complex cross-border banking, finance and hospitality sector transactions.

We are proud to share that this week our Firm’s Partner .theofanous delivered a speech and coordinated a workshop on the preparation and drafting of pleadings in civil and commercial disputes at the 1st Young Advocates Summit, organised by the European Training Legal Center.

During the session, he had the opportunity to share his practical experience and insights with a dynamic audience of young advocates who are the beginning of their professional journey.
