We are thrilled to announce that our litigation team has succeeded in obtaining an interim injunction in the favor of our clients, British expats, owners of a villa in Zephyros Village in the world-renowned APHRODITE HILLS golf resort, against their neighbor owner to stop immediately all works to build an annex to his flat causing nuisance and trespass to the property of our clients and the APHRODITE HILLS resort and violating the Owners General Agreement.
