A proper due diligence review by your lawyer should confirm:

✔ The seller is the registered owner of the property.
✔ There are no mortgages, charges, or memos registered against the land.
✔ Planning and building permits are valid and final approvals have been issued.
✔ The property matches what is described in the title and contract.

Without this, you risk paying for something that is not legally secure.

A. Pelengaris & Partners LLC is hiring a Real Estate and Corporate Lawyer to join our team in Larnaca. This is a full-time, on-site role for someone who’s confident handling property transactions and corporate matters with precision, professionalism, and commercial awareness.

What the role involves:

➡Managing all aspects of real estate transactions in Cyprus
➡Drafting and reviewing sale-purchase agreements, leases, and commercial contracts
➡Conducting property due diligence and liaising with the Department of Lands and Surveys
➡Advising clients on town planning, tax, succession, and structuring issues
➡Handling company formations, governance, and regulatory compliance
➡Providing legal opinions and liaising with clients, accountants, and other professionals

What we're looking for:

➡University Degree in Law
➡Member of the Cyprus Bar Association
➡Minimum 3 years of relevant post-qualification experience
➡Strong legal drafting and client communication skills
➡Fluency in both Greek and English
