We are expanding our legal team and are looking for motivated, detail-oriented lawyers to join our growing practice in the areas of Real Estate Law and Corporate Law.
We work with both local and international clients on high-value, complex matters and are looking for professionals who combine strong legal skills with a practical, commercial mindset.
➡ Real Estate Lawyer
You will be involved in a wide range of property-related matters including acquisitions, disposals, leasing, development projects, financing, due diligence, and structuring transactions.
Key focus areas:
◾Real estate transactions & property law advisory
◾Drafting and negotiating contracts
◾Land Registry searches & due diligence
◾Title transfers & security documentation
◾Regulatory, planning & zoning matters
◾Transaction support from start to completion

➡ Corporate Lawyer
You will advise clients on corporate structuring, governance, commercial contracts, M&A, and cross-border transactions.
Key focus areas:
◾Corporate & commercial advisory
◾Drafting shareholders’ agreements, SPAs & contracts
◾Corporate restructurings & incorporations
◾M&A and due diligence support
◾Compliance & regulatory matters
◾Cross-border structuring and client advisory
Requirements (both roles)
✔ Qualified lawyer in Cyprus
✔ Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
✔ Strong drafting and negotiation skills
✔ Commercial thinking and practical approach
✔ Ability to manage work independently
✔ Excellent Greek & English
✔ Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
