Another project completed for an existing customer in Avgorou this week, taking an external space and enclosing it with new stud walls and a custom built glazed sliding door and window to allow a lockable extra space directly off the lounge for relaxing in all year round.

A new large project underway which involves a full external redecoration, pool renovation, installation of over 30 external lights as well as new LED strips, new high pressure solar hot water system, underwater lighting and of course fully tiled patio and driveway to all sides of the house. We shall post update photos as we go and hopefully everyone will like the finished project.

We just saw what appeared to be a drone or missile shot down near the Dekelia Base possibly over the sea, did anybody else see it ???

Another new Project completed last week, this customer had a total failure of his internal water mains supplies in his apartment block so needed a new solution that could get his hot and cold water back on for the best and most expedient economical solution. We ran a new set of pipework through a roof to ground floor riser and entered his apartment at all outlets from outside and then boxed everything in and painted it to match the apartment block, rendering it almost invisible. Works were completed in just 4 days of hard work and all water supplies are now reinstated with increased flow and lots of hot water for the cold mornings. 👍

Our latest project for everyone’s perusal, a new carport, fence and full size lockable gate for a new customer in Avgorou. We were very pleased and although a couple of long days, it was all completed in 2 days, and it was raining while we were installing the roof panels.

The latest project from KLS was the design and build of a beautiful raised viewing deck at a stunning Villa in Ayia Napa. The deck was constructed in wood and then covered in external plasterboard and painted to match the villa, the decking boards were then special ordered from Greece in a dark Grey composite material to match the roof mounted spa and then a glass balcony built and installed for fall protection. Finally a bespoke stairwell was made by us and painted in mid grey to tie in with the spa and composite decking. I think everyone will agree it looks amazing and the views from this deck are unreal across 3 compass points of the Ayia Napa shoreline. 👍

This weeks project was one of putting right what is too often the case here in Cyprus, people working in the building trade either with 0% skill or 0% care. This was the offices of a very well known global company and to say the works carried out was sub standard is a massive understatement, the main entry door and wall was literally moving in the light breeze because it had been made with no structural support in the wall or tied into the building, the wall separating their driveway was falling down, the water Pipework externally looked like pieces of string just dangled down the wall from the roof, virtually no socket outlets were installed near the desk positions and the plastering and painting was very very poor and was flaking off of the plasterboard and full of damp. All was repaired to a high standard and left with a very happy customer 4 days later. 👍👍
