➡️ Odnosi se na sve stvaraoce i imaoce arhivske građe i dokumentarnog materijala u elektronskom obliku, kako u javnom tako i u privatnom sektoru, s tim da privatni sektor može odabrati softversko rešenje, odnosno informacioni sistem za pouzdano elektronsko čuvanje koji želi da koristi.

Our energy expert, Ana Calic Turudija, has participated in the RES Serbia 2023 conference, held in Vrdnik, on Fruska Gora Mountain.

The conference was opened by Dubravka Djedovic, the Minister of Mining and Energy. It gathered participants from all sectors of the green transition - the developers, the banks, representatives of the public institutions, and TSO.

The topics of this 5-panel well-attended conference ranged from post-auction developments in Serbia, experiences in financing of RES projects, to solar energy transition, novelties in electricity trading, etc. A lot of interesting speakers and sessions could be heard.

"News for businesses in Serbia! The Serbian Business Register Agency (SBRA) is taking another step towards digitalization.

Serbian Business Register Agency (SBRA), in addition to the several available electronic services, has introduced a new electronic service - as of 17 May 2023 registration application for the incorporation of a company shall be submitted exclusively in electronic form. After this date, it will not be possible to establish a company by submitting a paper application. SBRA announces that the plan is that by the end of the year, numerous other services, such as applications for registering the change of data, will be performed exclusively electronically.

Jelena Živanović, our Senior Associate and an expert on data protection attended on 4 April 2023 an international conference in Belgrade dedicated to various aspects of data protection in the field of production and use of video games.

The co-organizers of this event were the Serbian Games Association (SGA) and the Faculty of Organizational Sciences, in cooperation with UNICEF and several Belgrade law offices.
Through one plenary session, four thematic sessions and one workshop, participants had a chance to look into various aspects of data protection within the video game industry, which has been identified as one of the most innovative and fastest growing branches of the creative and IT industry in Serbia.

This conference was a unique opportunity for all participants – professionals from the field of video game production, legal advisors, researchers and stakeholders active in the field of data protection, as well as other experts active in the field of gaming and FON students to exchange their views and find out more about data protection in gaming.

Conference: “Energy in the Balkans: Transition to Renewable Energy Sources and Improvement of Energy Networks”, Hotel Mona Plaza, Belgrade

On 10 May 2022 Confindustria Serbia (an Italian business association in Serbia) and Confindustria Est Europa, in cooperation with Confindustria Italy, organized a conference entitled “Energy in the Balkans: Transition to Renewable Energy Sources and Improving Energy Networks” with the aim of presenting to interested Italian companies the investment and sales opportunities offered by the energy sector in the Balkan region.

The conference enabled the public to learn more about the energy future of Serbia, Montenegro, Northern Macedonia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria and Greece.

Many distinguished experts from the region and beyond, including the government and multilateral institutions representatives, discussed the main opportunities and ongoing challenges of local energy markets.
