Here's a quick overview of what we're looking for:

Strong English Skills: Fluent in English with a minimum B2 level on the CEFR scale.

Positive and Eager to Learn: A positive attitude and a willingness to learn new skills are essential!

Employee Benefits Knowledge: While we can provide training on the specifics of the employee benefits industry, it's important that you can grasp the subject matter.

Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with common tools like LinkedIn, Gmail, Slack, and Zoom is a plus. We'll also be using Apollo for outbound calls (no prior experience needed!).

We welcome candidates with experience in various fields, including interpretation, call centers, collections, customer service, sales, SDR roles, and especially those with a background in insurance (if applicable).
