As real estate attorneys in Costa Rica, Burke & Burke delivers quality real estate legal and management services striving for the highest standard of ethics in its core real estate attorney practice. Our father-daughter real estate law practice has over 30 years’ experience providing quality legal services in Costa Rica. We speak English, Spanish, German, and French and understand your legal needs. Our offices are located above Heredia, overlooking the capital city San José, to assist you with legal advice and guidance in a timely manner. Our location in the capital city area allows us to access government offices more efficiently of course as well. We often travel to the Nosara, Sámara, Ostional, and other areas in Guanacaste to handle real estate closings following best practices in structuring tailored legal solutions for each acquisition of residential or commercial property in Costa Rica. We are not associated with large realtors and developers, or other interest groups. We guarantee a detached and arms length attitude towards investments submitted for our scrutiny. Our personalized and direct contact with our clients means that you are not placed in the hands of second or third tier staff that ultimately perform a great proportion of services in larger firms with numerous “associates” and costly overhead. Our comfortable and ample offices situated in our family owned estate in the idyllic mountains of Heredia overlooking the capital city of San José allow us to be there personally for our clients when they need us. As a value added aspect of our real estate attorney practice we do consult on corollary matters such as construction contracting, labor relations, tax rules, and residency status.
