We are delighted to welcome Katherine Michelle Rodriguez Guzman as Director of our Intellectual Property Department at Eproint Dominican Republic.

Katherine specializes in trademark portfolio registration, management, and maintenance across the Dominican Republic and the Caribbean, with additional expertise in regulatory law, advising on sanitary registrations for pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, food, and beverages, as well as Corporate and Commercial Law.

She graduated with honors from Universidad Católica Santo Domingo, completed a postgraduate course in IP and Disruptive Technologies (Blockchain, NFTs, E-gaming & AI) at Pontificia Universidad Católica Argentina, and is currently pursuing a Master's in Intellectual Property at Universidad Internacional de Valencia.

Katherine's expertise and regional insight strengthen our commitment to delivering world-class IP solutions across Latin America and the Caribbean.

As the new year commences, we continue to build on our achievements, contributing, step by step, to the advancement of intellectual property across Latin America, Central America, and the Caribbean.

We are proud to share that Milena Picado Ortega, Director of International Practice at Eproint, based in , and Oneyda K. Flores Piper, Partner at Eproint , have been appointed National Delegates for Honduras and Belize, respectively, to Inter-American Association of Intellectual Property, ASIPI, for the 2025–2027 term.
