Reminder: Mandatory Corporate Final Beneficiaries Filing

Please remember that all Costa Rican corporations and legal entities must file the Mandatory Corporate Final Beneficiaries (RTBF) with the Central Bank of Costa Rica during the month of April.

This filing is mandatory for both active and inactive corporations and must be submitted annually through the corresponding platform. Failure to comply may result in significant penalties and restrictions for the corporation.

We recommend completing this filing before the end of April to remain compliant with Costa Rican regulations.
