Costa Rica continues to stand out as one of the strongest lifestyle and investment real estate markets in Latin America.

April market activity showed continued momentum across luxury homes, condos, and investment properties — especially throughout Guanacaste, Nicoya, and the Central & South Pacific. International buyers remain highly active as demand for lifestyle-driven ownership and long-term investment opportunities continues to grow.

The condo segment saw significant price growth, luxury transactions remained active, and inventory expansion is creating new opportunities for buyers and investors entering the market.
