Si usted hizo Poder Especial con nuestra oficina anteriormente y sus libros están en nuestras manos, queremos informarle que hemos estado trabajando en su reporte y es muy posible que ya este presentado.

Si ha cambiado algo en sus libros de lo que no tenemos información por favor haganos saber para presentar su reporte correspondiente

Si desea realizar un Poder Especial o ayuda para presentar su reporte por primera vez, no dude en contactarnos.

During the month of April, all Corporations must submit the Registry of Transparency and Final Beneficiaries Report of the Central Bank of Costa Rica

If you made a Special Power of Attorney with our office and your books are in our hands, we want to inform you that we have been working on your report and it is very possible that it has already been submitted.

If you have changed something in your books that we do not have information about, please let us know to present your corresponding report.

Part of this message is a reminder of the deadline "Property and Corporation" taxes for the year 2021.
You can pay them online through any National Bank or in our office, if you wish.
All taxes will be collected starting January 2021.
If you need collaboration in this matter, do not hesitate to contact us.

We also want to say thanks for your trust in our legal team during 2020 (wild year huh!)

For this year, our work will be interrupted to take a little vacation and enjoy special holidays around family.
Therefore, our office will be closed from 12/21/2020 and we will return on 01/04/2021.

En las últimas semanas hemos estado recibiendo llamadas de un aparente banco para solicitar información de cuenta en línea, asi como códigos, contraseñas y demás. Por favor no provea ningun tipo de información por llamada telefónica; ni aunque parezca que es alguien conocido o de la Central Telefonica, ya que no son ellos y podria ser victima de estafa. Si usted desea realizar cualquier tramite bancario, dirijase siempre a su oficina mas cercana.

In recent weeks we have been receiving calls from an apparent bank to request online account information, as well as codes, passwords and more. Please do not provide any information over the phone call; not even if it seems that it is someone you know or from the Telephone Center, since it is not them and you could be a victim of scam. If you want to carry out any banking procedure, always go to your nearest branch.
