Introduction
Every business entity in Cameroon follows a similar process from its creation to its dissolution. Given the legal nature of the business, such process is more or less an entire legal process as it has interjections of legal regulatory and compliance standards that must be followed.
The entire process of the formation, operation, financing, restructuring to the termination of a business therefore involves legal requirements at given levels. It is therefore important that the business ensures that these regulatory requirements are respected.
It is necessary for the business to obtain such guidance and counselling, which will best be given by a person who is an expert in the domain or at least versed with them. In most cases, such a person will be a business lawyer.
