Conseil : OPJ , c’est une affaire purement civile ,tenez voilà le contrat , l’exécution a eu lieu , c’est inutile d’engager une action pénale
OPJ : Me , laisse nous ta plaidoirie, attends le dossier au Tribunal , qu’il rembourse totalement ici
Conseil : okay Je demande la mise en liberté provisoire ( article 246) .voilà deux garants fiables , mon client a été convoqué , il s’est présenté, le plaignant connaît son domicile parfaitement et son lieu de service .
OPJ : non s’il ne rembourse pas je le garde et je défère dans deux jours
