The Electricity Board in Cameroon is a monopoly.In the city of Douala, it's invoices are very high and the quality of its services are very poor.Its customers are complaining bitterly because the light cuts are too frequent and it does not notify it's customers.Imagine that on a Monday during working hours,you're working on your desktop and there is a light cut whilst you are typing your submissions.Customers must be able to bring an action against the Electricity Board for light cuts and breach of contract to supply energy.If the light cuts are prolonged, those with foodstuffs in deep freezers whose stock get rotten or perish, must quantify their losses and sue the Board for loss of revenue or economic loss.A class action is advisable.

Every judgement delivered by a well constituted Court must be well motivated.The judgement must contain legal reasoning.The judge must explain why he delivered his judgement in favour of the complainant/Plaintiff or accused/defendant.

How does a passenger on an international flight become criminally liable by pressing a button on the emergency exit door after the aircraft has landed.The Air carrier alleges that the exit door was damaged by the passenger's act eventhough the flight attendant instructed the pressing of this button.Question:Was the aircraft not insured.

Justice is like clay,so it can be moulded in any form.To my mind,the word Justice must be properly defined because we all know that Justice in the US is not Justice in Africa.What is true is that in every context,to get Justice,you must be rights conscious and tenacious.

The behaviour of the courts is commensurate with the quality of justice that is dispensed.In the justice system,the lawyer must be well respected because he is the one who kick-starts the litigation and his arguments on the merits are very relevant.
