WHIPPING! WHIPPING!!! 😭😭
It was not just whipping oh👂👂👂 follow me as we look at what really happened, firstly they was a WHIPP . it was commonly referred to as FLAGRUM which is translated in English as Filet (a cut of meat)
Filet is a short WHIPP replicated in the picture below. it was characterize by 3 robe connected to a single handle, the robes also contained metallic pieces and Sharp sheep bones.
Reason it was designed this way was because, it was not designed to pamper but to destroy yes to destroy not objects oh humans yes humans, today this is gross human rights violation
All Romans citizens were exempted from this kind of punishment, it was yes it was a message a message in that, it served as memorable picture of adjustment to those who tried or intended to rebel against the Roman roles during that time
for you to know how severe the beatings of Jesus was, history records that, before whipping, the victim was usually undressed, taken to a half storm planted in the ground and the victim hands were tied to the storm and specialist from the Roman soldiers call lictons were handed the task to deal with the victim, it was not limited to 39 lashes as per the Jewish culture since it was intended to scare those who were planning to rebel against the government the victims were often beaten to the satisfaction of the lictons (soldiers)
Historical records shows some victims were beaten until their intestines came out meanwhile another record shows another victim was beaten like that and the flesh from the back was skinned off and the back bones were visible.
this conclusions were drawn by historians who aren't Christians but decided to dive into the Roman punishment during their reign as an empire
This is what the son of God went through and this is what it means when John said for God so loved the world that he GAVE his only begotten son that whoever believes will not perish but have everlasting life

The way people go about material things baffles me a lot .
I rushed into a friend who was really looking serious and in a furiousity of anger 😭😭😭😭he quickly burst into tears,
I thought he had lost some one 🙆🙆🙆😭 with the friendly motion in me I quickly join him and we all were weeping few moments after, I asked. why are you crying? He furiously reply I lost it 😩😩😩then I asked; what have you lost? then he said, my job, my phone
Then I look up to heaven 🙏🙏 and said Lord have mercy 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏 then a scripture quickly flash through my mind ( Romans 8:17) I quote "to be carnally minded is death" then I told him do you know about this man in this picture ? No he said quietly. He was busy looking for money in his line of duty and he died and wasn't even buried , don't worry about loosing anything in this world but fight hard not to loose eternal life 💭💭💭💭💭🙆🙆🙆then I zoomed into another scripture seek ye first the kingdom of God and his righteousness and these things shall be given to you Mtt 6:33 then hope return and he asked me to tell everyone,
not to bury our All in this world because NAKED WE CAME IN THIS WORLD AND NAKED WE SHALL GO BACK
