ELSA Switzerland is back with its renowned Summer ELSA Law School Geneva on Arbitration. As in previous editions, the 5th edition is targeted at students and young lawyers with prior arbitration knowledge and/or experience. The event will be held in Geneva as Geneva is not only an often-chosen venue for Arbitration but also the seat of many international institutions such as the WIPO, UN, red cros

s, and many more. Where better to hold a Summer ELSA Law School on Arbitration? The law school strives to deliver to the participants an outstanding academic programme for which ELSA Switzerland has partnered up with the best and most experienced Swiss and international law firms. The academic agenda will tackle many of the current issues in international arbitration. See below for the current schedule or check here for schedules of the last editions. Besides the academic programme, the Organizing Committee has prepared compelling social and cultural activities. The participants will have time to get to know each other and explore the luxurious Geneva, which is situated along the banks of one of Europe's most beautiful lakes, Lac Léman.
