At Litens, sustainability continues to shape how we operate, innovate, and grow. We're proud to share our 2025 Sustainability Report, highlighting the progress and commitments driving us toward a more sustainable future, powered by employees around the world who bring these efforts to life every day. 💡

This year brought meaningful momentum. We increased global carbon-free electricity use from 41% to 52%, advancing toward our 100% by 2030 goal. We achieved a 7% reduction in Scope 1 and 27% reduction in Scope 2 emissions (market-based) vs. our 2022 baseline. ISO 14001 certification now covers 71% of facilities, and our science-based targets have been validated by Science Based Targets initiative, reinforcing our commitment to net-zero by 2050. ⚡📉

Beyond environmental performance, the report reflects continued progress in social impact, governance, and innovation from employee wellbeing and community engagement to ethical business practices and emission-reducing technologies. 🤝
