🏠 Winnipeg’s real estate market has entered the chat… and there’s a little more choice on the table! 👀

September brought 14% more active listings than this time last year, with detached-home inventory up an impressive 20%.

But here’s where it gets interesting… 👇

📉 Overall MLS® sales were down 10% from last September, although they were right in line with the five-year average.

🏢 Condo sales saw a bigger shift, down 23% year-over-year.

💰 Meanwhile, prices continue to hold strong, with detached homes reaching a record year-to-date average of $467,687.

And buyers are definitely still out there — 1,250 MLS® sales took place across Winnipeg & Area in September, with Waverley West leading Winnipeg in detached-home sales and River Heights topping the condo market.
