This may be an unusual post for my page, but it’s one I truly want to share and also offer a glimpse of who I am.

Today I want to honor and thank Dr. Ron Kenoly.

Growing up, listening to his music gave me hope. His worship carried messages of faith, perseverance, and trusting God through every season of life. Those songs were more than just music to me, they were encouragement during uncertain times and reminders to keep believing, no matter what.

Looking back now, I realize how much that foundation shaped me into who I am today, a person of faith, resilience, and purpose. Even in my work, walking with people and families through the life changing journey of immigration, those same values guide me: hope, trust, and the belief that new beginnings are possible.

Meeting you in 2024 was a blessing that I will forever cherish.

So today, I simply want to say thank you, Dr. Ron Kenoly, for your ministry and for the light you have brought into so many lives — including mine.

🎉 Got an Express Entry ITA? Don’t rush — submit SMART. 🇨🇦

An Invitation to Apply means you’re close to PR, but now you must prove every point you claimed in your profile.

Here’s what to focus on:

📄 Work Experience Letters – Must include duties, hours, salary, and dates that match your NOC.
🗣️ Language Test – Still valid when you submit.
🎓 Education – ECA + certificates for studies outside Canada.
👮 Police Certificates – From every country you lived in for 6+ months since age 18.
🩺 Medical Exam – Required for you (and family, if included).
💰 Proof of Funds – Required unless exempt; funds must be available and legitimate.
👨‍👩‍👧 Family Updates – Marriage, divorce, or children must be declared.
⚠️ Be Honest – Misrepresentation can lead to refusal and bans.
⏳ Deadline: You only have 60 days to submit.

An ITA is your chance to prove you qualify — strong documents make all the difference.

DO YOU HAVE DUAL INTENT? Wanting PR Will NOT Automatically Refuse Your Visitor Visa, Work or Study Permit.

Many people think:
❌ “If I want permanent residence, I can’t apply to visit, study, or work in Canada.”

That’s wrong.

Canadian immigration law allows dual intent, meaning you can have:

✔️ A temporary plan (visit, study, work)
✔️ A future PR goal (sponsorship, Express Entry, etc.)

Having long term immigration plans does not mean you’ll overstay.

How to strengthen a dual intent application:

Don’t hide your PR goals. Explain them properly and show responsibility.

Two key things to include:

👉Objective return factors
Job, business, property, financial commitments, or close family ties back home.

👉A compliance plan
Clearly state what you will do if PR does not progress, return to work, continue your career, resume responsibilities at home.

Bottom line:
Wanting a future in Canada is legal.
Not respecting visa rules is not.

It’s all about proving you will follow the terms of your temporary stay no matter your long term dream.

So heartbreaking and honestly so preventable.

A woman with a genuine dream of visiting Canada was detained at the airport in Nairobi and had her passport confiscated. She had been given a fake visa which led to her detention. Her family was in panic.

The only remedy I could provide at that stage was to request her immigration file from IRCC. When we finally received her immigration notes, the truth came out: her application had actually been refused a month after it was submitted.

She had unknowingly been given a fake visa by an unauthorized agent she trusted and paid a large sum of money to.

This is the reality:
❌ Unlicensed agents are still operating
❌ People are still being deceived
❌ Dreams are being crushed at airport counters

And it doesn’t have to happen.

If you’re applying to come to Canada, you have only two safe options:
✔️ Apply by yourself through official government channels
✔️ Use an authorized immigration professional

There are no shortcuts. If something sounds too easy, too fast, or “guaranteed” that’s a red flag.

Let’s normalize doing things the right way. It protects your money, your passport, and your future travel opportunities.

Before you pay anyone, verify who they are. It could save you from a nightmare like this.

We’re stepping into the new year with gratitude and pride in the results we achieved for our clients in January.

Here’s what the month brought:

✔️ 3 Study Permit Approvals
✔️ 1 Visitor Record Approval
✔️ 2 Post-Graduate Work Permit (PGWP) Approvals
✔️ 1 Visitor Visa (Outside Canada) — this client came to us after a refusal
✔️ 1 Study Permit Reconsideration Reopened — and APPROVED 🎉

These are more than just approvals. They represent dreams moving forward, families reuniting, careers restarting, and futures being built in Canada. We truly do not take any of these victories for granted, and we continue to pray for each client’s success on their journey.

If you’re planning to apply through Express Entry, your TEER code matters more than your job title.

🔍 What is a TEER code?
TEER stands for Training, Education, Experience and Responsibilities.
Canada uses it to decide if your work experience qualifies.

✅ Eligible TEER levels for Express Entry:
• TEER 0 – Management jobs
• TEER 1 – Professional jobs (degree required)
• TEER 2 – Technical & skilled trades
• TEER 3 – Skilled occupations

❌ TEER 4 & 5 = NOT eligible for Express Entry (but may qualify for other pathways).

⚠️ Important:
IRCC looks at your job duties, not your job title.
Choosing the wrong TEER code can lead to refusal or misrepresentation.
