✨ تبریک به کلاینتهای عزیزم ✨
واقعاً از اعتماد این کلاینتهای عزیز که برای اولین بار خونه میخریدن ممنونم. نتیجهای که گرفتیم فراتر از فقط مذاکره بود. نتیجه اعتمادشون به من، ارتباط خیلی شفاف، به اشتراک گذاشتن دقیق نظرات و خواستههاشون و تصمیمگیری قاطع و سریع بود.
بعد از حدود یک ماه جستجو در برنابی و کوکیتلام، این واحد نوساز Anthem در Coquitlam West رو انتخاب کردیم؛ ۸۱۷ فوت فضای داخلی و تراس بزرگ ۱۶۵ فوتی رو به جنوب شرقی.
✨ چیزهایی که مذاکره کردیم:
🚗 یک پارکینگ اضافه کاملاً رایگان به ارزش حدود ۴۰ هزار دلار، و مذاکره کردیم که هر دو پارکینگ حتماً کنار هم و نزدیک آسانسور باشن.
💰 نزدیک به ۱۹ هزار دلار تخفیف بیشتر، با قیمت نهایی حدود ۸۹۳ دلار برای هر فوت مربع.
🧾 پرداخت GST توسط سازنده و استفاده از معافیت PTT که در مجموع بیش از ۵۲ هزار دلار برای کلاینتهام صرفهجویی کرد.
✨ بیش از ۱۲ هزار فوت مربع امکانات اختصاصی شامل باشگاه، یوگا، سونای اینفرارد، گلف سیمولاتور، سینما، گیم روم، لانژ، فضای کار، موزیک روم، تراس BBQ، فضای حیوانات و بازی کودکان.

✨ What we negotiated:
🚗 An additional parking stall at no extra cost, valued at approximately $40,000, while making sure both stalls were side by side and close to the elevator.
💰 Almost $19,000 in additional discount, bringing the final price to approximately $893 per SF.
🧾 We negotiated for the developer to absorb the GST and made sure our clients took advantage of the available PTT exemption, saving them more than $52,000 combined.
✨ Over 12,000 SF of resident amenities including fitness, yoga, infrared sauna, golf simulator, theatre, games room, lounges, coworking spaces, music room, BBQ terrace, pet spaces and kids play area.
