Over the past 3 months, Navid Hakimi Group has sold 5 of our listings, all within less than 3% below asking price 🏡
Our approach has always been simple. Understand the neighborhood, price the home properly for today’s market, create strong marketing, run paid ads, make sure every serious buyer gets a chance to see the property, and negotiate hard to get our clients the best possible result.
This sale was definitely a journey. Over 6 months, 75+ showings, and nearly 3 weeks of subject removal before we finally got it across the finish line last night. It was not easy, but we stayed patient, stayed consistent, and got it done 🙏
