I had some much needed puppy therapy yesterday! ❤️ We got to meet tiny little Bella, my good friend’s new puppy. She is just the sweetest little thing!

Rusty, however, was less than thrilled. Bella was a little afraid of him at first, but eventually got brave enough to try and make friends. She sniffed him, nosed at his tail and did her best to win him over. Rusty acted like she was the most annoying thing he'd ever encountered. Apparently he did not get the memo that he was supposed to be nice to the baby!

Not sure if he was jealous, being a grumpy old man, or just deeply offended that nobody asked his permission before bringing a puppy into his presence. 🤣

Hopefully he'll come around and learn to love her eventually. For now, Bella has a lot of work to do to win over Mr. Grumpy Pants! ❤️🐾

Greater Victoria Real Estate Market Update — June 2026

Greater Victoria recorded 719 property sales in June, with 4,058 active listings giving buyers plenty of choice. Average sale prices remained relatively stable, with modest decreases across all property types:

🏠 Single-family homes: $1,174,100
🏢 Condos: $547,700
🏘️ Townhomes: $782,300

With increased inventory and prices easing slightly, buyers have more time and options when making decisions. For sellers, strategic pricing and strong presentation remain key to standing out in today’s market.
